Information you provide
When you submit the contact form, you provide your name, email address, selected project budget, and project details. You may also provide information when you email directly or contact Villabona through LinkedIn, Instagram, or Telegram. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed for your inquiry.
Information collected automatically
The site and its service providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, visited pages, approximate location, interaction events, and timestamps. The contact endpoint temporarily uses an IP address to limit repeated submissions and reduce abuse.
How information is used
Information is used to answer inquiries, evaluate possible work, deliver contact messages, maintain site security, prevent spam and fraud, understand how the portfolio is used, improve accessibility and performance, and meet applicable legal obligations. Personal information is not sold.
Service providers and international processing
EmailJS delivers contact form messages. Vercel hosts the site and provides web analytics. Microsoft Clarity provides interaction analytics and session playback when enabled. Service providers receive only the information needed to operate the site, deliver messages, understand site use, or protect the service. These providers may process information in countries outside the Philippines under their own privacy and security terms. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect legal rights, or to investigate abuse of the site.
Cookies and analytics
Vercel Web Analytics records aggregated traffic information without third-party cookies. Read the Vercel Web Analytics privacy and compliance documentation. Microsoft Clarity may use cookies and record page rendering, clicks, scrolling, pointer movement, and related interaction data. Retention and security
Contact inquiry records may be kept for up to 24 months after the last relevant communication. Records may be kept longer for an active engagement, record keeping, dispute resolution, security, or a legal obligation. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Analytics providers apply their own retention schedules. Your data rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether your personal information is being processed and request access, correction, deletion, blocking, or a copy of relevant information. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Requests can be sent to hello@villabona.studio. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed. You may also raise a concern with the Philippine National Privacy Commission.
Children's privacy
This professional portfolio is not directed to children, and Villabona does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact hello@villabona.studio so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.
